- How long does engraving & customization take? Please allow an additional 3-7 days for delivery of engraved & customizable jewels.
- May I return a custom-made jewels? Please understand we do not accept returns for customized jewels except we sent you the wrong order or item(s) or you received the incorrect personalized products: wrong birthstones, wrong names engraved. The jewels not personilized have a 30 days guarantee policy.
How long will it take to receive my order? After creating your unique jewel about 7/10 business days, but you will always be updated by email & number tracking.
